At Cornwall Lived Experience Partnership (CLEP), our meetings are all about working together, being respectful, and making a difference. We have clear meeting guidelines to ensure that everyone feels welcome, valued, and included. These meetings give us the chance to share ideas, work on solutions, and keep things moving towards our goals.
How We Meet
Our meetings are run in a way that allows everyone to take part and feel heard. We have bi-monthly regular meetings, focused working groups, and one-to-one sessions where a facilitator meets with individual organisations. Each type of meeting helps us work better together and achieve more.
We also keep track of attendance using an Excel spreadsheet, where we record who joins, any apologies, and any follow-ups. This helps us stay organised and accountable.

We’re proud to say that our meetings are always well attended, with more than 10 lived experience organisations represented at every regular meeting. This shows the dedication of our members to coming together to share and create change.
